We will accept return request of product if,
- Customer asks for exchange / return within 15 days after the order has been delivered to customer.
- In the concern of hygiene, item must be unused and unwashed.
- Item is in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached and packaging not damaged.
- Any item which is not in its original condition or is damaged or torn would not be eligible for return.
- Return request after the exchange has been done is not applicable on any item.
- Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by us. If you have received a defective product, send us images at email@example.com and we will get back to you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 05 days after the product has been received
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Don’t worry, we will reship the order after you correct it but shipping cost to be paid by your side.
Cancellations by the customer – In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back into your account.It will take 7-8 days for refund process.
If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.
Cancellation by BIG SALUTE – Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by BIG SALUTE and accept BIG SALUTE’s decision regarding the cancellation.
- Once your returned item received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return request.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank account (original method of payment) within 5-7 working days.
- If you had selected COD (Cash On Delivery) option, then your refund will be transacted in your given bank account. You can email us your bank account details on firstname.lastname@example.org followed with your order number.
Refund request after the exchange has been done is NOT APPLICABLE on any item.
We are not liable to refund any shipping & COD (Cash On Delivery) charges, if any. Only the product cost will be refunded. As shipping and COD charges once paid by customer is not refunded by shipping company.
Product cost: 300 Rs,
Shipping cost: 50 Rs
COD charges: 50 Rs
If customer asks for refund, he will get original product cost only i.e. 300 Rs.
